mixed experience but notable service

The staff made a real difference during our stay. One employee, Mario, provided exceptional assistance when our vehicle overheated and helped us find a part nearby.

The room could have been cleaner upon arrival.

i had a great stay at motel 6-flagstaff, az, butler. the staff was super nice and really helped me settle in. my quadruple room was spacious and the air conditioning was a lifesaver, keeping the room nice and cold. it's in a great spot, super close to nearby restaurants like dirty birdies, which had awesome food. the seasonal outdoor pool looked nice too!

the bathtub could use some non-slip features.

The room had blood stains, but it was clean with lovely flowers outside.

I had a quick overnight stay and was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and cozy vibe of the room, which made it feel like a budget-friendly retreat. The outdoor space was nice for some fresh air, and the heated pool would be perfect if I had more time to chill. While the Wi-Fi was a bit slow, it didn’t take away from a generally good experience! 😊

My stay at Motel 6 in Flagstaff was quite pleasant! The room felt clean, and the bed provided a cozy night’s rest. Although there wasn't a coffee maker in the room, I appreciated the free coffee available at the front desk. A few minor improvements could enhance the experience.

Had a great time with friends. We checked out the Arizona Snowbowl and enjoyed playing at Forest Highlands Golf Club. The location was nice, with nearby restaurants. Just a heads-up, the beds could use a little upgrade for comfort, and the coffee in the lobby disappears pretty early, so plan accordingly!

The AC unit in our room wasn't very efficient, making it a bit hot at night. It could be improved for a more comfortable stay.

Super comfy and clean stay!

We ended up here kinda last minute and it was a pleasant surprise! The room was clean and had a fridge and microwave, nice bonus! Plus, the bed was super comfy. The only thing was the snack bar was a bit limited.

The cleanliness of the room impressed me. it felt as fresh as any upscale hotel I've visited. However, the broken heater and overflowing toilet were significant inconveniences, especially during a snowstorm. Staff response was disappointing as I was instructed to handle the toilet issue myself when help was needed most.

The room was pretty clean but had a creepy vibe. The heater didn't work, so it was cold and there were wide cracks around the door letting in chilly air. I couldn't use the tub because the handle was broken, only the shower worked. Overall, not the best experience, but I managed to sleep somewhat comfortably.
